What personal data we collect and why
Contact and quote request forms. When you fill in a contact, inquiry, or quote form on this site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, country, and the content of your message. We use this data only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up with you about our products.
Comments. If you leave a comment on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string, to help detect spam. An anonymized hash of your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to check whether you use it; Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.
Site analytics. We use website analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors found us). This helps us improve the site and our content.

We do not sell your personal data. Data you submit through our forms is used internally by our sales and administration team to respond to your inquiry. How long we retain your data
We retain inquiry and contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Comment data and its associated metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically, rather than holding them in a moderation queue.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if you are located in the EU/EEA you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our processing of it, and request a copy of it in a portable format.
